Well its now December 2013 and a lot has happened since I last blogged, nearly two years ago! I had actually forgotten that I even had this blog page until my lecturer asked us to submit some work to her blog page, so I thought I'd have a guess at my password and it was right!!
Firstly I would like to share with you what's been happening in our house this November, we celebrated 'DINOVEMBER'. If any of you know my family personally you will also know that we have a slight obsession with dinosaurs, yep that right and I'm not afraid to admit it, one day I will own a dinosaur themed restaurant and education centre, he he.
Well let me tell you a little about Dinovember, a fantastic family across the water invented the idea that during the cold nights of November toy dinosaurs come out of hibernation and get up to all sort of tricks and naughtiness while we sleep, I cannot claim fame to this fab idea but I definitely jumped on the band wagon with it as little Casey, who is about to turn six now, loves the little cretins as much as I do.
We gathered up her little friends and Casey made up names for them all and we set them out in the hallway just before bed time, in the morning Casey awoke to this....
She couldn't believe her eyes when she saw that they had taken over the bathroom sink and used all the tooth paste.
Magical... that would be the words I would use to describe her reaction, just like Christmas morning, her little face lite up, she was so excited, this was going to be addictive I could tell. Time to get my imagination running wild with new ideas for the dinosaurs for the next night.
The next morning Casey came running out of her room looking to see if the dinos had returned and to her delight, they had! But they got into my art box and made a proper mess, which she did think was quite funny.
It seems the dinosaurs decided tonight was the night for extreme sports, zip lining, skiing and parachuting in the kitchen. Casey made a note that they must of used my computer as they had printed out a sign, oh the innocence of children!!! Note to self - buy more shaving gel ha ha
This was becoming fun!!
Shower time, so nice that the little dinos are helping Kota with the shampoo!

Casey was pretty sad on the 31st of November as we said good bye to the dinos as went back into hibernation, looking forward to next year already xxx
It was pretty amazing to be honest, not only did everyone make a great effort with their costumes but the organisers of Zombie evacuation went to great lengths to train us mere novices in the art of zombie walking, groaning and chasing and living,
